Introduction to Ringo! Top

Ringo is a very powerful hero. He can burst down enemies really quickly. The only downside to Ringo is his squishyness. He is prone to ganks, so he has to be careful when passing over the 1/2 way point in lane. Ringo is one of the mobile heroes in the game. His B skill grants him increased movement speed and attack spped, making him able to do damage, and escape easily. A problem with Ringo is his skills energy usage. If his skills are used way too often and incorrectly you are going to find yourself with very low energy at crucial moments in the game. Ringo's A skill, the Achilles Shot, fires a shot that slows down the target by a significant amount. His A skill can also be used to harass the living **** out your enemies, because of it's range. His A skill is also perfect to catch escaping enemies, and enemies that are going to be ganked. Ringo's B skill, the Twirling Silver, grants him an increased movement speed, and aswell as increased attack speed. This is great for catching up to enemies, dealing tons of damage, and for escaping. This skill allows Ringo to be one of the most mobile heroes in the game. Next up is Ringo's C skill, the Hellfire Brew. This is Ringo's ultimate, and a strong one at that. This ultimate can be fired at extremely long distances, and tracks the target, even invisable Taka when fired before he used Kaku. The only problem with this ability is that it takes about 1.5 seconds to actually fire the brew, making your vulnerable for that 1.5 seconds. This may not seem that long, but heores like Taka can burst you down extremely quickly. Also Hellfire Brew can be canceled by stunning Ringo. Ringo usually gets focused down a lot in teamfights. He is almost always the first target that the enemy will be killing. So to try and avoid this stay back in team fights, and let your teamates take the damage, while you hang back poking away at the enemies health. Another good thing in teamfights is to use Hellfire Brew early when the enemies are close to each other, because Hellfire Brew deals AOE damage. Another quick tip for Ringo is to never ever be the person infront of your teamates before a fight, because like I said Ringo is like a bullet magnet, he gets focused down quickly because of his low health, and lack of sustain. Always buy scout traps or flares whenever you can, because you never know what may lurk in those bushes. Place scout traps in places where they are most likely not going to be stepped on, but grants you vision. Vision is your friend because you can be ganked at any time in the match.

Why Clockwork? Top

This is a Ringo build I was playing with for about a week. It works like wonders that covers some of Ringo's downsides. One of them being low energy. Because Ringo's abilities eat up his energy like dinner, Clockwork will be your savior. It gives you energy, and energy recharge. Having clockwork on this build makes it so that you can use twirling silver literally the entire match, as soon as twirling silver ready use it, because it cost extremely low energy. Also having clockwork makes you stay in fights longer due to his massive energy pool. Also another benefit of clockwork is if you are facing of another Ringo, you can use your abilities way more than he can, making you extremely deadly. Although, having clockwork means that you will lose out on potential damage, because in most cases clockwork is replaced with Sorrowblade, Tyrant's Monocule, Tornado Trigger etc, but having clockwork means that you will be able to spam your abilities without having to worry about having low energy when you really need it.
