Threat Hero Notes

Skaarf Generally squishy, seen mostly in lane, when contact does happen, it is normally in gank form (for better or worse).

SAW Easy if you can side step his skill that slows you down, otherwise you might have a time.

Krul Watch out, as his passive skill can catch you at a distance, and even if it couldn't the debuff is enough reason to take heed.
9
Taka Most put Taka in green for Koshka but I find it to be quite the opposite (most often).
9
Catherine Catherine can be a problem but if you can catch her shortly after she has used her shield, you may be able to dispatch quickly.

Starting disclaimer*** Top

All items as seen in their perspective charts, are in the order that I have found to best acquire them. Also the levels that I say you should obtain them are kinda rough estimates, while I have used this build to success multiple times, I still don't quite remember the exact levels that I actually had all of the items (I know I'm close regardless).

Also this is my first guide.

Question and Answers Top

Before posting this guide, I got some feedback.

Question: Bruh why the QWRTYUIOFD@#$%^&*SADFGH are you using war horn.

Answer: Well good sir, I use war horn for a few simple reasons... its fairly easy to get... This build starts with ironG contract and then I naturally go with stormgaurd banner. At this point I am farming fast, and with the energy battery I can stay in the jungle awhile, and hopefully enter the enemy side, and starve them early. The cash will start flowing in, and war horn is perfect, as it has the cooldown bonus and the speed boost activation effect is much appreciated as I don't buy boots until the end if at all (yes I realize more often than not this effect will just help in an escape).

Question: alright cool, but really crucible?

Answer: While this is by no means a tanky Koshka the ability to stay in the fight after a failed skirmish or escaped gank (as in not always retuning to base), is more valuable than some realize. Also the shield effect, can save you or your teammates if timed correctly when an enemy unloads his or her specials.

Question: Alright alright but does this build really make a "a hero wish they would".

Answer: Yes.

The logic, progression, and how this build works Top

This build can dominate the jungle and can even hold the lane for limited time if absolutely necessary while a teammate goes to base (but hopefully two are in lane, and thus this won't matter).

Start off with a battery, as you will be able to TD (twirly death) spam to much success. As soon as money allows get that ironG contract. This is all about getting that war horn before the other jungler knows what hit em. Honestly the Banner will be enough to start entering the enemy jungle.

Once war horn is obtained the next item that one want will to work up to is crucible. As stated in the Q&A crucible keeps Koshka in the fight and I have found the shield to be invaluable (even if it does not always block what I want it too)(all about dat timing).

I originally went right for aftershock after crucible, but sense I already have a battery I found it more efficient to go for, Eve of harvest, then aftershock. Harvest will also keep you in the fight, and once you couple it with aftershock... forget about it, you will be a force to be reckoned with. As the core of the build will be filled out.

The last two items, chronograph and journey boots just polish and make everything run (no pun intended) even more effectually... although their has been more than one occasion were the game ended (either defeat or a win) were I did not even have a chance to get the last two items.

This build is somewhat unorthodox compared to the other builds you see for Koshka but I really like this one, it has been working really well.

Quick reasoning on skill point allocations Top

I know many love Koshkas final special attack and who doesn't... but honestly for farming and flanking the other two skills are far more valuable... as with all the cooldown acceleration in this build, you can spam PN and TD, which will ghost just about anyone.

While the point allocation is not super imperative to this build, I have found for best results just keep things even but with TD one step ahead until levels 11 and 12 when everything gets finaled out.

Let me know Top

This is my first guide, and I know it is a little rough around the edges, but let me know what you think, and any and all feedback is appreciated.

I have had a great time with this build.
