Early Game (0:45 to 5:00) Top
Get Twisted Stroke first so that you can jungle quicker than without a quick crit. Once you get to level 2, be sure to stick with your other jungler, (hopefully you have one and your team didn't go duel lane) and you have a good amount of health at the start, so don't be scared to facecheck bushes. If you see someone in a bush, use Afterburn to punt them back toward your ally. Then use Twisted Stroke and Bloodsong if you have it, to finish off your opponent.
Middle Game (5:00 to 15:00) Top
Roam into the lane and help your laner push by rocketing you enemies back toward the turret and your allies to kill them. Then your laner will have room to go forward and push the turret. Bloodsong is very helpful here for enemies that try to run away such as a SAW with Roadie Run and possible another Glaive with maybe Afterburn. You also have a very long melee range and a long Twisted Stroke range because of Glaive's perk, so you can reach your enemies if they try to escape. Then, they won't be able to escape...
End Game Top
You already are very strong in weapon, so you should be able to use that without be squished. So you should get some defense items, like Crucible and Aegis. Those will help you be super strong while using your amazing damage to a good use. Use Crucible if your team is in trouble, but use Aegis' reflex block if you use Afterburn to get into battle, but you weren't strong enough in that situation so you needed to get out. The reflex block will block some damage so that you can get out, and you should have Travel Boots by then so that the sprint cooldown is shorter.
