Threat Hero Notes
1
Blackfeather Should be an easy kill, just don't let him get fed or he could become a problem if the game goes to late.
1
Taka Not much to say. If you 1 V 1, or you have your support he's an easy kill.
2
SAW Obviously don't attempt to 1 V 1 SAW. But he's an easy kill if you have your support with you.
3
Adagio Adagio can be somewhat annoying early on, but falls off late game. Don't target first if he is supporting.
3
Glaive I've honestly never had an issue with Glaive when using Koshka. Glaive makes it easy to run the early game, so invade and steal farm often.
3
Petal Obviously if Petal gets fed, she can be a threat. But your B ability can easily kill her Munions, and then you can stay close and finish her off.
3
Phinn Phinn is extremely slow, so if you catch the enemy Jungler away from him, you can easily finish them off before Phinn even gets there. Never target Phinn first in a team fight.
4
Celeste Her kiting can become an issue, but stay close and you'll be fine. Build shield early.
4
Krul Krul can only be an issue if you allow him to become one. Abuse him early game, and he won't be able to build into a strong late game hero. Never try to 1 V 1.
4
Vox He can become an issue late game, but up until about 15-20 minutes, he doesn't do much to Koshka.
5
Ardan Ardan can get extremely annoying when supporting, and can often be the last standing in a 2 V. 2, but still finish you off. Just don't underestimate his damage output.
5
Fortress Fortress can become a threat if paired with Rona or another Koshka, at that point you have to outplay them. Just don't target Fortress first, target the carry.
6
Catherine Along with Ardan, Catherine can become an issue. When supporting, her stun will be a huge issue because it allows other enemy heroes to get off free damage. Buy a reflex block early if you face Catherine.
7
Joule Joule can be quite bulky, which is an issue. If the game runs late you will find yourself losing to Joule often. Just make sure to build a Broken Myth. Also, Joule is not as mobile as Koshka, use that to your advantage. Avoid stuns.
8
Ringo Ringo can pose as a huge threat. Just gank often, and don't let him kite you.
8
Skaarf I've found Skaarf to be an issue. His kit makes it hard to get close and deal damage without receiving quite a bit in return. Make sure you have your fountain.
9
Koshka It all comes down to your skill and your support opposed to your opponents.
9
Rona Rona is a very strong hero right now. If coupled with a Fortress or Ardan, don't even attempt to invade early. Focus her in a team fight.
9
Skye CP Skye is a huge threat. This is due to her Forward Barrage, which can melt you when you try to get close with your first ability. Make sure you aren't alone when targeting her.

Introduction Top

Koshka received huge nerfs, making her a joke up until now. Hence the name of the guide! Because of the buffs she has received, she creates insane pressure towards the enemy team. When coupled with a good support, you can essentially run the jungle. Her kit makes her a deadly assassin, able to pick off enemies quite fast. It is important to note that Koshka provides huge early game pressure. If you don't capitalize off of this, you will not win.

Synergy Top

It is important for Koshka to have certain support heroes. Ardan and Fortress are two very strong supports who work amazingly well with Koshka. With one of those two, you can easily run the early game, and provide insane amounts of pressure towards the enemy.

Early Game Top

I cannot stress how important it is to capitalize off of the early game. It is essential to finish two rotations, and invade the enemy jungle. This is especially necessary if you are up against a Krul. However, if you are up against a Rona and Fortress in jungle, be careful and aware of your own skill, as well as your support. It is just as important to pick fights that actually lead to something, if your enemies just cleared their camps, don't fight for the sake of fighting because they will re-spawn and be back in the jungle before their camps will be back up which results in wasted time. However, if your enemies are shopping and placing scout traps, initiate a fight and immediately head over to their backs afterwards. Also pick fights if they are in the middle of a rotation, but you already cleared your own. It is important to start counter-building against the enemy Jungle carry. If they are going WP, buy two pieces of Light Armor before your first invade, and then upgrade one to Coat of Plates, and sell the other. If you're going up against a CP Jungle Carry, just continue building towards your fountain.

Mid Game Top

This is where your early game aggression will start to shine. If you successfully farmed up, and acquired a large gold lead, you will be fine. Just begin to group up and win team fights. Continue to push turrets and drop down to grab some farm. It is important to play aggressive, but not pick risky fight because that could result in an opportunity for the enemy team to comeback.

Late Game Top

It is important to note that if the game runs late, you ARE NOT as much of a threat as you were in the early game. If you run into a strong early game composition like your own or tough opponents in general, you will most likely find the game running late. It is important to play very safe and stay with your team. Make sure you are always crystal infused because you never know when you'll run into a team fight.

Team Fights Top

Koshka can be a very important asset in team fights throughout the match. Just remember to use your A and B abilities on one targeted carry, and then proceed to use your ult on the other carry after the first goes down. Refraining from using your ultimate is a huge importance. This is because opponents can still target you when you're using it, so avoid it when there are still three heroes left in a team fight.

Pro's and Con's Top

Pro's
-Strong early game aggression.
-Can often snowball games.
-Her kit makes her a phenomenal assassin, letting her get close to enemies and bursting them down.

Con's
-Isn't as strong if the game runs late.
-Limits diversity when solo queuing. Since Celeste and other lane CP builds are quite popular right now, you will often find yourself with two CP carries when using Koshka solo. This obviously doesn't result in an immediate loss, but it makes it easier for your opponents to counter-build.
