THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL RINGO BUILD

I'm terrible at last hitting, let's just get that out of the way. Because of this I tend to go for a more cost effective build when playing Ringo. And when I'm not playing Ringo, I tend to play some sort of support role - wheather it's Catherine or a tanky Glaive. As such, I've found that Ringo can actually fill the support role too.

Ringo? As support? Who does that?

Well, to be honest, you're still going to play Ringo as you normally would, but with one major difference. You are meant to keep the target within range.

HOW TO PLAY

There's no way I could give a better explanation on how to learn Ringo than Nshek's guide. So check it out to get caught up to speed :)

Back? Good! Now that you've died quite a bit as Ringo you will probably be wanting a way to increase your survivability yet still get those kills. Cue Slo-Mo Ringo.

We're going to walk through the item choices, and by doing so will illuminate the way Slo-Mo Ringo is meant to be played. Start with an Energy Battery for the ep regen. If you're good at energy conservation you can just go straight for the Tension Bow, which is used for ganks and just goes great with Ringo.

Next we focus on survivability for a bit, picking up the Fountain of Renewal and Shiversteel. Shiversteel is where Slo-Mo Ringo comes into his own. Initiate team fights with your Hellfire Brew (from a bush or out of enemy vision), let Tension Bow loose, and your target should be thinking of fleeing at this point. Pop Twirling Silver and Shiversteel to slow the enemy and increase your mobility. I like to keep Achilles Shot as a finisher or continue to snare the target.

Grab 75% more attack speed for even more slo-mo with a Tornado Trigger (or find an alternative below). Finally, I like to get a Shatterglass to increase the damage output of Achilles Shot and make each hit during Twirling Silver even more deadly.

Oh, and at some point get boots. If the match is going good I won't go past speed boots. Longer matches (and matches I do better at last hitting) I'll go up to Travel Boots.

ALTERNATIVES
For tankier opponents that won't seem to die, try Breaking Point. If your whole team is WP or you want a bit faster objective clearing Bonesaw should be more to your liking.
While Shatterglass will give you more burst with your Achilles Shot, you might want more ep regen, lifesteal, or cooldown acceleration. Aftershock or Eve of Harvest should do the trick. I wouldn't get Frostburn though, it overlaps with your Shiversteel and Achilles Shot and often times isn't as effective so it's really only a cheaper, less effective Eve of Harvest with no lifesteal.
