Vox is a very strong hero if you know how to use him well.
His abilities don't play a huge role in this build, other than clearing out large amounts of minions at a time, and using the Sonic Zoom to move faster.
The items I included in this build focus mostly on starting with some good damage and speed, develop some defenses, get more damage, PLUS critical damage, get even MORE speed, and after that, it's up to you to decide on an offensive or defensive finish.
The threats listed may not always be the same, depending on what build they go for, but based on the general build most of them use, that was what I came up with, keeping in mind I a no "professional".
