Taka His X-Restu applies mortal wounds which make your healing and shielding items less effective. He'll most likely leave you alone and head for your squishiest team mates.

Early Game Top

Try to get as much gold as you can early, without stealing jungle creeps, so that you can build into a Atlas early, this then allows you to thwart an enemy Ringo, Vox, Krul, Saw etc's attack speed. When using Atlas you should always activate it before jumping into a team fight because of the delay the item has. Also remember to scout trap gold mine as much as you can as well as the enemy side of the shop. the are usually the best places to start little skirmishes and if you're really pushed the enemy Jungler and Roam then you can scout trap the enemy try bush.

Mid Game Top

Mid game is where you should basically be the hardest on your team to kill, unless you have a Catherine jungling. Use Atlas when initiating fights and use Reflex Blocker to counter stuns and any other debuffs. Always initiate fights with your ult and try to keep mortal wounds on anyone that has a shield or healing item
(e.g Fountain or Crucible)

Late game Top

Late game is where this build becomes strong. When skirmishing you are the one they'll leave until last unless they're really stupid. You should initiate the fight with your ult, then use Atlas and dash into the enemy team, then you should use shiversteel to slow the enemy team allowing your Laner and Jungler to come through and destroy them. Your job late game is to also try and hold them off as much as you can because you have so much health.
