I'm not going into full length of ringo's abilities. You can see them in the vaingloryfire wikibase. When using a weapon Ringo his A should always be overdrived. This is because of the slow and damage it does. However, you can decide whether to overdrive your B or put your 3rd point into you ult. I usually take B but if you want to initiate a fight with your ult that's fine too. But Overdriving your B gives you 86% more attack speed, rather than 60%. The choice is up to you.
Tension Bow is a must have item for high tier level gameplay,especially in POA and Vainglorious, where games end quickly. I feel like it is a must have for ringo. With 180 damage each 6 seconds, combined with minion foot/lucky stike/tyrant's monocle, it makes this item a beast.
This item is good for raw damage and pairs very well with lifesteal and burst. Definitely recommended.
This item pairs very well with crit and burst, as well as shield and armor, as it can help Ringo stay longer in fights. If this item seems insignificant to you, feel free to trade it in for another tyrants.
Only build when the enemy has armor. This item has been nerfed heavily in the recent updates and is no longer significant in amplifying your damage, otherwise go for a tornado trigger, which gives more crit, or breaking point, for long team fights.
Lets just say this item represents all defence items. Aegis:Has a reflex block, and also high shield. Build if both carries are crystal, or if crystal carry does way more damage than the weapon carry. Metal Jacket: build against hard weapon carries like

, or a ranged weapon carry.
Build against melee weapon carries to slow down their attack speed.
