Taka is a squishy ninja, so be sneaky, but also prioritize defense. When you penetrate enemies defense lines, make sure to kaku away when you get low. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't flee. Wait for the perfect time, then jump back in. Your abilities make it hard for enemies to target you, since kaiten makes you immune and x retsu allows you to teleport.
This build is particularly bursty. You want to rush tension bow and blazing salvo, then build defense. I highly recommend atlas pauldren as first item, becouse when you x retsu on an enemy laner, th atlas pauldren will make him powerless. Unless the enmy is doin double CP, atlas is a great early game defense.
If you are still taking alot of damage, go ahead and grab another tier 3 defense item. Tension bow and blazing salvo can unleash loads of damage so don't worry. I do not reccomend an aegis because aegis do not help your team, only yourself. After that, a tyrants monacle would be great. The crit gives you extra burst.
Finally, get a tornado trigger. This item gives you a tonne of attack speed to go with your crit. Unless the opponent has built atlas pauldrens and metal jackets, TT is a great item. If the opponent defends against you, buy a bonesaw to maximize damage.
