So, Finally after many experiments, I found
THE BUILD. This build is really syncronised with the cooldowns of
Caine .
Early to Mid game of
Caine depends on his auto attacks. So spellsword and ztension bow provide good damage, and will help more in late-game.
Build Slumber husk if there are more bursts in OPPONENTS. If you are dealong with CC and Stuns, Go for Aegis.
3rd WP ITEM Depends on how is the game going. If you Die often, or Opponents have lifesteals and healers, Go for POISON SHIV. If you are Unable to hit A often, Go for Breaking point. Tyrant's Monocle will also be a good choice.

GAMEPLAN Top
Just keep the track of bullets in early game. Focus on CS. Try to leave 1 bullet spare, incase you are about to miss any last hit. Like, shoot 5 bullets, and then stop attacking to reload. If you see a minion is about to die, use your last bullet. This will help you not lose CS. If you did not use that bullet, Caine will reload them automatically.
Now keep CSing and trading, Use your A and autos to trade and B to close gaps, or reload bullets and refresh Abilities.
You have to depend more on your Auto attacks till Mid Game. After some time, The spell sword and Cooldown overdrive of B will grant you UNLIMITED USE OF ABILITIES. Keep Using this Combo. A C B A C B . Remember to hit averytime, so that B refreshes.
Play
Caine wisely, and dodge with B, Attack with A C , you will end up with their Vain Crystal And 13 kills minimum.
