About SAW Top

SAW - He is one of the hardest heroes to master. You have to know when to use your shank if CP and where you should be at on the map. Overall, he is pretty difficult to master, but he also has one of the highest damage outputs in the game. Now with the 1.7 changes to him, WP SAW is now a very good lane choice.

Roadie Run - This ability shouod be used as a last resort to kill a fleeing anemic wiht low health or as a getaway. SAW has extremely low move speed so this ability should be used to get out of ganks.

Suppressing Fire - Use this ability when engaging a minion wave or enemy hero wihtout any spin-up stacks. This ability is used to get your DPS up to its max. Don't use it freely on anything and everything whenever you can.

Mad Cannon - This ultimate is pretty much useless for your build. With this build, using your Mad Cannon would pretty much be a waste of energy. I don't use it unless it's to take the Gold Mine when I don't have my Tyrant's Monocle .

Item Choices Top

Serpent Mask - Use this item to stay in the fights longer. The life steal can be extremely helpful and usually is.
Tyrant's Monocle - This item is very strong on SAW. SAW has a very high attack speed and when that's mixed with lots of damage and crit, you can dish out incredible amounts of damage.
Crucible - I usually get this item to counter stuns and burst damage dealers like Taka and Ringo that have Tension Bow.

Other defensive items are just up to you and what you think is better. Use Atlas Palidron to counter a Krul that jumps on you and has Breaking Point and use Aegis to counter high CP damage dealers like Vox and Celeste

Enemy Team Compostion Top

The main threats that you could see coming from the enemy team are...

Taka - Avoid his X-Retsu and attack him in teamfights first. Be very careful is he has a Tension Bow or other high burst damage CP items like Shatterglass and Aftershock

Koshka - You mainly would need to be worried about her because she can easily come up to lane and deal enough damage to you from her Puncy Fun and her Twirly Death basic attacks. Once she is at Lvl 6 and is showing signs of aggression, pick up a Reflex Block

Krul - You mainly need to be wary of Krul if he decides to be really aggressive around lvl 6 and picks up a Shiversteel. If he does get a Shiversteel and a Breaking Point or other attack speed items, pick up a Atlas Pauldron or a Reflex Block

Main Strategy/Early Game Top

So when you start the game and are heading down the lane, you need to know a few things about your hero SAW and the enemy lamer. As SAW you should be ready to use your Suppressing Fire on the minions and be hitting the enemy later a few times to back them off of your minions. Once you have that wave cleared, move up to the turret and start hacking away at its health. Do this every time. Don't worry about getting ganked, just keep putting pressure on the turret and enemy laner.

About the enemy laner, we will use Ringo as an example. You should know what item they had started with. If the enemy Ringo starts with a Energy Battery expect them to try and clear the minion wave quickly and try to poke at you. If they start with a Weapon Blade expect the, to try and last hit and poke you with their Twirling Silver and Weapon Blade damage and attack speed.

Mid-Game Top

By now you should have gotten your Serpent Mask and begin building on your first Tyrant's Monocle .
Just keep putting pressure on your enemy's turret and if they leave the lane, have your teammates check the Gold Mine pit. If they are there, and the Gold Miner is low on health, kill the turret. If the Gold Miner has almost all health go down from your side of the map and help your team take the Gold Mine.

Late Game Top

By now if you have been able to put pressure on your enemy's turrets and have picked up most of your build( at least 2 Tyrant's Monocle ) then you should be able to use a Weapon Infusion and end the game soon.

Usually the enemy team can't counter build you because of your Crit, but if they do pick up a Atlas Pauldron try to avoid the hero with it.

Signing Off Top

I hope that you were able to have a good time with this build and have won many games with it. : )
