												Skill Breakdown Top

This skill has been buffed
IMMENSELY in the 1.22 patch, with the arc now 220 degress instead of 90. It is immensely powerful, and what makes
					 Joule
Joule so tanky in this new patch. Try to deflect as much damage as possible with it. At level 12, this perk has the shield of a
					 Aegis
Aegis and the armour of a
					 Metal Jacket
Metal Jacket. However, Joule is still vulnerable from the back, having little shield/armour scale.

Joule's engaging/chasing tool. Has been left relatively untouched for the past few patches. Is great for closing gaps and initiating. However, you can still be hit while mid air and even
DIE. If you have another initiator, it is not recommended to initiate with this skill as it will be harder to hit
					 Big Red Button
Big Red Button. Instead, use it to catch stragglers that survived the initial burst. Take this ability at levels, 2, 5, 8, 10, 11. The Overdrive is taken as it cuts the cooldown by
6 seconds, which is a pretty huge difference.

The bread and butter of
Weapon Power Joule. It is your main damage tool after
					 Big Red Button
Big Red Button. It requires some skill to land consistently. Take 4 levels at 1, 3, 4, 7. The overdrive is not taken as the crit function is not used with
Crystal Power Joule, and the overdrive on
					 Rocket Leap
Rocket Leap is much more effective.
	 Crystal Power
Crystal Power Joule's signature move. It destroys healthbars like me destroying my social life :(((( I never had one to start :((((
Take all 3 levels in this ability as soon as possible.

Can't really do much against Joule. pretty vulnerable to getting stunned by the ultimate, however this can be reflex blocked easily.

					 Gauntlet
Gauntlet won't do much if you do not get caught. Just
					 Reflex Block
Reflex Block and run out. Outside, you can Big Red Button the opposing carry and [[Thunder Strike those inside the

			Gauntlet from outside.

												Early Game and Powerspikes Top

Joule has a relatively early game, as she does not have massive burst damage like
					 Koshka
			Koshka or crazy lockdown like
					 Reim
			Reim. Rush your
					 Shatterglass
			Shatterglass first, buying
					 Sprint Boots
Sprint Boots and other stuff like flares or traps (to your own discretion). Joule powerspikes at
Level 6 and that's where the fun begins. With a
MASSIVE 500% CP RATIO, it shreds enemies during early game teamfights.
						Build Rationale Top

					 Shatterglass
Shatterglass should usually be your first item, as it offers the most raw CP in the game

Broken Myth] helps amplify your damage quite abit during the long [[Big Red Button, and can be kept up with
					 Thunder Strike
Thunder Strike. It offers 70 CP as well which helps, and the 10% shield pierce is helpful.

					 Clockwork
Clockwork gives additional 30% CP, as well as lots of energy and cooldown reduction
More cooldown reduction=More Spammy Abilities
More Spammy Abilities= More Damage
More Damage = WIN!!! XD

You can either go Journey Boots to run fast, or Halcyon Charges for even more cooldown (refer to above)

					 Fountain of Renewal
Fountain of Renewal is an okay pickup on Joule due to Joule's innate tankiness, the active could mean the difference between
life and
death.
For the last item:

					 Eve of Harvest
Eve of Harvest Heals you for quite abit during the the
					 Big Red Button
Big Red Button. Get this if you are getting focused on.

If the enemy has quite a tanky comp, opt for an
					 Aftershock
Aftershock and shred their healthbars with
					 Thunder Strike
			Thunder Strike procs.

					 Frostburn
Frostburn gives a good 100 CP, and the slow prevents those ***s from just running straight out of the beam.

												Joule's main strategy Top

							The way I play
					 Joule
Joule is play passive until level 6. Then, get kills with your roamer and try to snowball into an
UNSTOPPABLE FORCE OF MASS DESTRUCTION. Snowball hard and end the game before the enemy team catches up. Even if you don't snowball, try not to fall behind and their carries will still fall like Blackfeather's relevance in the meta (Is he back yet?)

Do a normal jungle inavers. Get your roamer (if any) to flare the small camp to watch for invades.
Try not to die :)

I feel like it doesn't do much.
					 Thunder Strike
Thunder Strike is basically this but better, and the slot is better spent on an item like another
