He Can Survive With No Defensive Items In Mid-Game But He Will Die A lot If He Doesn't Build One Quickly.

Try To Not Die As Much In Late-Game Defensive Items Will Help You Or They Can Easily Ambush You And Your Allies. Play Safe As Chaing Enemy While Be A Risk If The Have Allies Next To Them.
