Gwen You're using my guide, so ggez . P.S. if you want to all-in, you should try to bait her B out before using your own ult.
2
Celeste Heh. After you build boots, Skedaddle passive makes you go sanic fast. If you get stunned simply B out. Give her stars wide berth though.
2
Skaarf Same as Celeste.
3
Adagio Adagio isn't really dangerous at any point in the game. He just has a lot of heals for sustain in lane. If he uses Verse of Judgment just use B.
3
Idris Pretty easy matchup. He is melee based, so just poke him with empowered basic attacks every time he tries to farm.
3
Ringo Pretty sure you are the better carry. You should be fine trading, but make sure to take a Reflex Block to prevent his ult from killing you. If he uses his A just Skedaddle away.
4
Vox Mehhhhhh. Start with Book of Eulogies and you should be fine. If it's a CP Vox, be careful when he has resonance up.
4
SAW Classic SAW will zone you out with his Spin Up attack speed and knife you if he builds CP. call for a gank from someone with stun in their kit. If you want to go all-in, save Aces High for when he uses Suppressing Fire
5
Samuel Not too dangerous, because you can easily B out of his ult. However, when he is using his B and A, you'll want to steer clear and wait for his B to end.

Blackfeather WHY WOULD YOU PLAY GWEN INTO THIS. Not only can he heal up easily, He also has great chase potential late game, which really isn't good for a squishy carry like you. Call for ganks and try to get ahead. Early game he isn't that strong, so poke when he tries to farm and stop him from CS'ing well.
10
Baron WP Baron has a lot of burst, and if he has crit he will really hurt. Call for ganks. If it is a CP Baron, dodging his Porcupine Mortar is really easy.

Intro Top

Hi all, my name is WizardOZ, and I'm a CTH/HOT player in Vainglory. I used to be a Blackfeather lane main, but now I'm basically a Gwen OTP. If you want to contact me with questions or add me, feel free to do so.

Why Gwen? Top

I enjoy playing Gwen because she is a very mobile carry with a stun and a slow in her kit. She has tons of poke, great kiting potential, and is great at dodging ganks due to the fact that she literally has a built in Reflex Block minus the shield. Combined with a captain who can peel for her, Gwen is a monster at all stages in the game.

Abilities Top

Passive: Boomstick
Gwen's passive is great, because not only can it help you cs easier, it also is good at dealing extra amounts of damage early game if you are poking the enemy carry.

A: Buckshot Bonanza
Gwen's other source of poke, along with her passive. This ability is really annoying as it deals a decent amount of damage, and it also reveals enemy which will help you prevent ganks and avoid facechecking bushes late game.

B: Skedaddle
This ability is what makes Gwen so good. Catherine stun? Nope. Glaive knockback? Good try. Gwen can use this ability to get out of sticky situations. In team fights, try to use this ability as soon as you get stunned so you can avoid being focused. Skedaddle can also give you a speed boost to secure a kill if need be. Good Gwen players will use their B to either retreat or engage.

C: Aces High
This ability is just a basic stun, and it's pretty flashy if you can land it. In teamfights, save it for the carry or jungler that is trying to get to you and destroy them.

Early Game Top

Early game Gwen handles decently. You can just poke the enemy laner and stop him from getting CS. Gwen is a big lane bully, but don't push up the lane too much, as that makes you susceptible to ganks. Call your jungler up in hope of getting kills. If you are behind, stay near turret and ask for ganks to get back your lead.

Mid Game Top

At this point, you should have enough WP to do good in fights. Use your ult to stun and get kills easily. Start grouping with your team to secure kills and objectives.

Late Game Top

Be careful of getting focused and bursted down. By this point if you stay in the backline and build up Breaking Point stacks you should be fine. Don't forget to use your A to check bushes!

Final Words Top

I really hope this guide helped you. If you have any suggestions or comments, feel free to comment and I will get back to you as soon as possible
