Get in, Assassinate, Get out.
Koshka is an assassin, she is meant to get a kill and escape.
The bursty build is focused on accomplishing this task as fast as possible.
This build uses koshkas boosted basic attack gained from Twirly Death to deal the majority of the damage so it is
Essential that you get at least One basic attack in during your engagements.
When going for a kill:
initiate with Pouncy Fun, immediately follow with Twirly Death and then Basic Attack (With the Tension bow, Aftershock, Boosted Basic attack)
Secure the kill with another pouncy fun/ twirly death if possible and get out.
Use Aegis, Boots and Halcyon Potions to escape from really hairy situations.
Regain Health and Repeat for best results ;)

Tension Bow/ Aftershock works great with critical or Boosted Basic Attacks
The Void battery and chronograph are a necessity for Koshkas high ability use play style. To keep Blood Rush going you need to use abilities often in a fight.
I prefer Aegis armor over Crucible since it protects against debuffs and enemy abilities are usually what cause problems in a fight or flight situation.
Journey Boots should always be your last purchase since Travel boots and Journey boots have the same passive speed. Buying Journey Boots will not make you faster while passive running.
Do not engage assassinations with Yummy Catnip Frenzy BS if there are other enemies nearby. You are not immune to damage while scratching someones face off.
DO engage with Pouncy Fun! and Always follow up with Twirly death before you land your first Basic Attack. Ouch
Pouncy - Twirly - Basic
Dont waste Pouncy Fun on jungle creeps or minions while in the early game (Before 2 Void Batteries and Aftershock). Just use Twirly death/ Basic attacks for all your farming needs.
Be Very aggressive after you get your Tension Bow. (SEE: Time to Strike in Items above) but carry potions!
Max out Pouncy Fun and Twirly Death Abilities. Leave her "Ultimate" at 2; It will primarily be used for stuns when desperately needed.
Keep using potions until Aegis takes its place.
Work with your Team for Stun- Assassinations.
Cancel Ultimates with Yummy Catnip Frenzy.
