I don't have much to say other than
LAST HIT. It is extremely important to last hit all the minions you can. Each minion gives you approximately 50 gold while killing an enemy hero might give you 100-200. As Ringo, it's not easy to burst an enemy if you try ganking and he is sort of weak early game. This is why I highly recommend last hitting and not worrying about the enemy.
Also, in lane, you'll most likely either face another Ringo, a Saw, or a Petal. When you're facing another Ringo, it might be a good idea to poke a bit then back off. For Saws, you should avoid their second skill but also firing back as much as you can when they're stuck still. However as soon as he finishes his firing make sure to back off because you can't take on a super firing speed Saw. For Petal, watch out for the little pets.
Stay in lane for at least the first 5 min if you can. Don't worry about enemies ganking, stock up on potions if you get poked and stay away from the bottom bushes. Then when you rack up a lot of gold, make sure you buy plenty of weapon damage, you should help you teamnates below with the mines and later on, engage in team fights.
When you're engaging in a fight. Focus obviously on the enemy ADCarry or whoever is dealing the most damage. I usually activate my second skill for atk speed first, then use my slow if they run away. Finish with the ultimate.
