Early Game Top

You should probably be very weak at early game, BUT don't mind the enemies, Just find some gold until you can buy like the build above. You can start either in jungle or lane but I prefer jungle. Always remember to use your Vanguard as it helps you to speed up your Blood for Blood.

Late Game Top

Put scout traps in a strategic location to locate your enemy. Once you can locate them, hide in the bush and when the time comes, you can blood for blood them. Remember to use Gauntlet if your enemy is escaping. Also remember to use Crucible and Fountain of Renewal to stay last long in battles 3 vs 3.
