 Phinn He will stand on front, so you cannot pull him or anyone else. And you cannot burst him couse Tons of Defense. Also his base damage on skills are higher than your, and have much shorter cooldown. Be happy that his pull is his ult and his much slower, or that would be Yates 2.0 :D

Gameplay Top

I'm actually Bronze 7 player, so this builds should work on level similiar or lower :)
With this build you are responsible to pull the enemy and deal burst of damage, helping your teammates to quickly kill off the target. 35%CD and decent damage when dueling. On Heavy armored enemies you can also go CP after Aftershock, but landing you skill correctly will be crucial then.
Yates have very hight base damage on skills, so it works wonderfully with Aftershock and Tension Bow. If bursting enemy is impossible or u just sucks in skillshots, then try Long Game build to massacre enemies throught your passive. If enemy team stick together and you can't fight anyone 1 on 1, Heavy Fire build is your go.

Ps. Phinn is immune to Your pull... and stun... Yea :D
