Glaive The only way Glaive should be able to do anything to you is if you get hit by Afterburn. Avoid or Reflex Block it, and you should be fine.

8
Alpha Alpha is extremely annoying because she has so much sticking power and has high damage output. Slow her as much as you can with Forward Barrage and your ultimate, and make sure to use Suri Strike to refresh the cooldown on Forward Barrage and re-position.
9
Kestrel Avoid the stuns and kite Glimmershots and the ultimate if you can. Catch Kestrel in Forward Barrage and she should get eliminated quickly. Like Taka, if you see Kestrel become invisible, throw out your Forward Barrage. If you hit her, make sure you do not step into her mist, or else it is really easy for Kestrel to turn the fight in her favor.

Taka CP Taka is very powerful against Skye. Be sure to avoid dying in 2 seconds, then you stand a chance. When you see a Taka within range, use Forward Barrage to chunk him down. A lot of the time Taka will be quickly eliminated if he is caught in a Frostburn Forward Barrage. If you need to, use your ultimate to put some distance between you and Taka, or to cut off his escape. Be sure to use your Aegis to reflex block his abilities, is possible. Also, if he becomes invisible, throw your Forward Barrage where he was. Most of the time you'll hit him and he will come out of invisibility. At that point, he is very vulnerable and can be killed quickly.

General Strategy Top

When against any ranged jungler, remember that while you can hit them, they can hit you as well. Make sure to kite skillshots and make sure your enemies cannot stick to you. Frostburn is enough to keep enemies away for a little bit. Use your ultimate to split up the enemies, create space for yourself and allies, or to cut off the front line from the back line.

When playing lane, make sure to avoid ganks and play safely. Farm and poke, but early game Skye is very vulnerable to powerful ganks from heroes like Glaive and Taka. Be sure to save your abilities for poke because if you use them for farming, you will run out of energy very quickly. Skye is most vulnerable when she has no energy left.

In general, Skye is a late game powerhouse and is not actually bad in the early game. Try to stay away from invading the enemy jungle early game because Skye is powerful and will be focused while your support doesn't have enough items or abilities to help you survive. Vision is extremely important. If you have a lot of vision, landing basic attacks and abilities will become a whole lot easier and you will notice you will be getting more kills. Additionally, if you don't know where the enemies are, you can use Forward Barrage to check a bush instead of face-checking them. Also, to maximize your damage output, you can use Suri Strike right after you used Forward Barrage to refresh its cooldown and use it again.

Overall, stay safe, kite, and use your abilities often and make sure you mark your enemies with your passive before you use your abilities to deal the maximum amount of damage.
