Forward Barrage on the enemy laner. Try not to push too far past the middle of the lane, otherwise you can expect ganks. After using your basic attacks on a minion, try to move around using the speed increase to avoid enemy laner's abilities such as Celeste's

Celeste - Dodge her
Heliogenesis by using your increase movement speed whenever you lock on and hit a minion. Whenever you have an opening, use
Forward Barrage to poke her.
SAW - If he uses Surpressing Fire, juke it and immediately use
Forward Barrage on him then pull back. You have the advantage if he doesn't have stacks on his
Spin Up. He will be able shoot you down if you get too close. Stay behind your minions until his Spin Up is down.
Ringo - Stay behind your minions and farm. If he is close enough and hits you, your minions will do some damage back to him. Use
Forward Barrage when you have the chance. If you find yourself unable to out-lane him, ask your junglers to gank him. Get the first kill on him, otherwise you might find it difficult to catch up. Deny his farm as much as you can.
