Grind At First Top
Well, not something you wanna hear in a build, but yes, grind until you get Level 6 on jungle minions. When you get there, start getting after the other Heroes, you'll probably die the first two times, so go after weaker enemies.
Mid Game Top
During mid game, you need to take out as many enemies as you can, so you can get that Yummy Catnip Frenzy with out actually using it! This basically consists of you destroying your enemies as fast as you can, with minimal damage taken.
Late Game Top
At late game, this is where you should be at least; 4/3, more or less, depending on how good you are with this "mediocre" build. You need to get people good and scared of you, especially with that tension bow/tornado trigger combo you have. Now take a look at what you've done, you've taken out at least all of them, maybe once or twice.
