Early game Top
Skye is an extremely weak character in the beginning; you should focus on the lane and avoid attacking the enemy laner until you have both the A and B abilities unlocked.
If the enemy laner is weak (e.g Ringo) wait until there are no minions between you, as forward barrage would be blocked, lock on with a basic attack before closing the gap with Suri strike and then pursuing with forward barrage. This works particularly well if you have either fortress or Catherine to assist in the gank.
Mid game Top
When moving into the jungle,to assist in team fights, remain at the back of the group and keep distance between you and the enemy. If the enemy targets you, use Suri strike to move yourself as far away form the enemy. Also, death from above is perfect for targeting junglers who are attacking you team mates.
When ganking and enemy have death from above as far away from the enemy as possible, blocking their escape.
This is done because heroes such as koshka can easily evade a direct attack from death from above, so it's better to block her path.
Late game Top
Now your defence is up, you can be more reckless with Suri strike, getting close to your enemy and perusing them endlessly. Your abilities will run down the kraken a health pretty fast, just make sure you don't attack it first as your still not that tough.
Clockwork: this will allow you to spam you ultimate, trust me you need it!
Crucible: as you have low health, this item will also save you.
Aegis: can be swapped for a metal jacket if all WP, however Skye is especially squishy against CP (e.g celeste)
Shatterglass: this turns your Suri strike into an assassins dream.
Frostburn: combine this will your death from above and you will deal the full damage from it always.
Journey boots: as your weak, the bonus health and armour ar a must!
This build is not easy as it takes a lot of skill to use her abilities precisely and quickly. The first few games you may have issues but eventually you'll start to go 17/2 or better.
This build works very well with Catherine and Taka as teammates. Stun and gank!
