Taka introduction Top

If you like a hit and run type of hero, than Taka should be perfect for you (other than Koshka).
Here I have listed out the pros and cons of Taka.

Pros
    He has high burst abilities
    He can go invisible
    His heroic perk
House Kamuha gives Lifesteal and critical chance

Cons
    He is fragile early-mid game
He is quite slow early game
He can be countered if he is stunned

The build Top

Tension Bow: Every six seconds, the tension bow adds 180 bonus damage to your basic attack. This synergizes with your heroic perk, House Kamuha.

Aftershock: Aftershock gives you 15-20% slice damage with 50% lifesteal to your next basic attack after using an ability. This will add to your lifesteal tremendously.

Tyrant's Monocle: TM increases you crit chance making it easy to keep your Ki stacks. And the more Ki stacks, the better.

Tornado Trigger: Now,TT increases your Attack Speed] so that you hit faster, life steal faster and survive a fight.

Eve of Harvest: This is simply to have crystal life steal so that when you use an ability, you gain health.

Serpent Mask: This is to make you become an ultimate life stealing assasin

Skill breakdown Top

I forgot to explain what each skill does, so here it is
Heroic perk: House Kamuha

Each time Taka critically strikes, he receives 75% of the damage back as health along with a burst of speed. Every 2 seconds, Taka is guaranteed a critical strike. Taka gains 1 Ki stack when he uses an ability or performs a critical strike (up to 5 stacks). Each stack of Ki increases the frequency of critical strikes and accelerates ability cooldowns.

Kaiten

Taka flips over his target, cutting it with his switchblade. Taka doesn't take damage while in mid-air.

Kaku

Taka throws a smoke bomb at his feet, vanishing from enemy sight and gaining move speed. This illusion ends early if he strikes a target or he takes direct damage. Turrets, Scout Traps and Flare Guns will see Taka while invisible

X-Retsu

Taka bursts through his target, carving an X with his switchblades for lethal damage. The target suffers a mortal wound, reducing its healing by 50% and taking damage over the next 4 seconds.

Enemy hero threat explanation Top

Ringo
Threat level: 2/10

As we all know, Ringo has high base damage, good speed but low health making him susceptible to all heroes. Especially heroes with burst damage. For Taka, its easy to kill Ringo. Provided that he does not use Hellfire Brew while your health left by 34% and below. To initiate on him, first sneak up to him using Kaku, then use Kaiten and *BA him to death. If he runs away, use X-Retsu to chase him. If he has allies nearby, use Kaku to escape. If Kaku is still on the timer, keep attacking using Kaiten and flee using [[kaku when its off the timer. If you think you can kill an enemy by then, then go ahead and kill.

Krul
Threat level: 4/10

Krul, the hero having the skill to harvest and stun. He has his Spectral Smite which heals him for the amount of stacks he gains by attacking us. The stacks itself give him lifesteal when basic attacking depending on the number of stacks. On prolonged fights, he is most likely going to get out of a fight with high or full health. That is why with Krul, you want to kill him fast because if he gains full stacks or high amount of stacks, pray he doesn't you Spectral Smite. To initiate, use X-Retsu with Kaiten and *BA him until Kaiten is available. Remember, you too have the ability to Lifesteal. The key to winning a fight against krul is to damage him or have more health than him.

Adagio
Threat level: 3/10

Adagio here is the only hero (for now) that has true tank skills (healing, self buff,etc.). His slow is quite annoying (especially for heroes that relies on speed to hit and run) and his ult, the verse of judgment deals up to 910 damage and those who were hit by his *BA will get stun when getting hit by his ult. So, try to get away from him in 2 secs. After you escaped his ult, sneak up on him using Kaku of course and use X-Retsu and Kaiten. If you're trying to assassinate him, I suggest initiate after his 1st skill is worn off. That is, IF he uses it though. If not, initiate like normal.

Glaive
Threat level: 6/10

Glaive is the primary damage dealer and also an assassin. The title assassin might not fit well but with the right build, he CAN become an assassin. And as a Taka, assassin Glaive players or high damage dealing Glaives are really a pain. When fighting him, try not to get afterburned. If you get afterburned, quickly use Kaku and run before he attacks you again and thus, stunning and sending you back to his allies. Initiate with Kaiten and use X-Retsu. If you need to escape, use X-Retsu and immediately use Kaku because x-retsu makes you go through him and kaku lets you escape his sight.

Joule
Threat level: 5/10

Joule has a heroic perk, the Heavy Plating gives her bonus armor that protects her fromm *BA that hits her from the front and sides. She gets 20-90 bomus armor from lvl 1-12 and thus, making her quite tanky. Her ult, Big Red Button is quite a pain because it deals up to 1750 damage and half damage to turrets. Now to initiate on her, use Kaiten and keep using it to get behind her. If she uses her ult, use X-Retsu to get behind her. If you can dodge her ult fighting her, then you're gonna do pretty fine.

Catherine
Threat level: 7/10

For Taka to make good use of his heroic perk, he needs to deal good damage to the enemy. But Catherine was built to be tanky. Her Stormguard can reflect 10% and above of our damage back to us. Plus, her Merciless Pursuit can stun and chase. For Taka, heroes who can stun can be a problem. She will most likely initiate with stun or silence and then bring up her Stormguard. If you run away, she will always try to chase you using Merciless Pursuit plus activated Journey Boots (is she has one though). And if she catches up with you, then you're pretty much a toast for breakfast unless reinforcement is coming. If in any case you see her in the jungle farming, wait for her Stormguard to go down and hit her with X-Retsu then Kaiten. And if you're low on health by then, flee away like usual using Kaku. She can be quite easy to take out is you can sneak up on her.

Petal
Threat level: 6/10

Petal, being the hero with the longest attack range can kite and safe distances. She has her munions which helps her attack enemy heroes plus, her munions can explode dealing high damage to the hero she targets. To attack her, you need to get close to her. Initiate with X-Retsu and keep attacking her. If she flee's while kiting, try to catch up with her using X-Retsu. If her munions are about to explode, use Kaku and gey close to her. She needs to target somebody for her munions to attack. Then, keep attacking with Kaiten.

Koshka
Threat level: 8/10

Koshka is also a hit and run type assassin. She has burst damage too. Her skill set is equipped with the ability to chase, damage an area and stun. She can be a bit of a problem with the stun. Well, actually its not a bit but kind of a big problem. A Kohka is most likely to have a Frostburn to slow her enemies down. Escaping would be a bit of a problem with that but luckily we have Kaku. If you're Kaku is on cooldown, keep running or if you have X-Retsu, use it to dash through her and run.this is if you are in a pinch. To attack her, you have to get a jump on her. Either you're in a brush or using Kaku its all up to you but make sure she doesn't suspect you anywhere near her. Initiate with X-Retsu and use Kaiten, then *BA her and use Kaiten when available. I have already explained how to escape up there ^^^.

SAW
Threat level: 7/10

Saw can be a real pain. He has a high damage output. His Roadie Run deals deals 380 damage with bonus damage based on the targets missing health up to 45%. That would really hurt. He would use Suppressing Fire to get full stacks and then use Mad Cannon to hit fast. If you want to engage on him while he still hasn't seen you, I suggest you wait till his stacks are gone. That is, if he HAS stacks. If he doesn't have stacks, wait till he uses Suppressing Fire and his stacks are gone after that. If you're tired of waiting in that brush, that go ahead and engage. Initiate with X-Retsu and Kaiten and attack like normal. If he uses his ult, escape using Kaku or sneak up on him and X-Retsu him.

*BA=Basic Attack

Conclusion Top

Taka does not go well with Complete Tank. This build which is Life Steal based is going to make sure Taka survives long fights. With this build i got 21-3 with this build. Pictures coming soon.
