1
Celeste A lot of damage, a really annoying stun, and a nuke for an ultimate, so why is she of little worry? No escape. None. If you can avoid her damage look for openings and blast her with a good B, C, C, Excute combo, including interwoven basic attacks.
2
Skaarf At the moment this cute little warlord is a top tier meta pick in lane, so thankfully a Blue Offensive is most of the time a fantastic counter, Blackfeather had two Gap closers that will both be on insanely low cooldowns and both Proc Aftershock, with a swift B you can block a fireball and slow him enough to build up full Hearthrob stacks and quickly Aftershock Excute.
2
Phinn This big guy is so gentlemanly, and sadly for him, slow and built to be really tanky, both things which work in your favor, along with his easily avoidable yet crippling abilities
3
Reim You have so much poke and mobility, plus the instant reflex block from Rose Offensive, why does he even try? Oh right, a ton of damage and tankiness. Be careful
3
Kestrel Almost the same as Celeste but way more dangerous. If CP, please don't just walk through her traps, if you know she's going to send an arrow just use C, if she's WP do the same, the stun is seriously crippling.
4
Skye Highly mobile but so are you, going WPshe can dance around you like a gnat and build up quick stacks of Breaking Point, but remember your gap closers
5
Krul A good Krul is a menace, but a good Blackfeather can dodge his menacing parts (lel) by using a deftly timed Rose Offensive You have great poke and also two helpful Aftershock prove, Kruls usually build tanky, capatilize.
5
Ardan Almost the same reason as Phinn, super tanky, built with lots of health, but in the end can bring those people you would rather stay far away from a little to close for comfort
5
Catherine Avoidable stuns, avoidable silence. BUT THE GOSH DARN BUBBLE If you've misused your Rose Offensive a good Catherine will capitalize and silence/stunn you, if you haven't She'll use a bubble during a crucial teamfight, you will make a lot of damage reflect. 0.0
6
Glaive Wow! Did you look at that red number?! No seriously. Stay far away and poke, try and use an excute whenever you can, or just Proc Aftershock with Rose Offensive

SAW Just don't try to kill him until you've got that rushed atlas after Aftershock, otherwise your dead meat

CP Blackfeather? WHY?! Top

Yeah well, as much as I wish I didn't, I really suck at Weapon Blackfeather
So I started to mess around with Crystal builds one day and thanks to the buff on Alternating Current in 1.16 I've settled on a build that gives amazing mobility and great damage to boot, not only does this build work great as a distractor/Disruptor, but he doesn't need to many items to get going, giving him the option to play in jungle and not worry to much about lots of gold or getting bullied in lane

Now, there's really VERY little damage items on this build and that's the whole idea, this is a frontline distraction with lots of utility and gap closers

Now let's start with the items I picked and why
1: Aftershock
This is a little weird right? Well, not to those who've already figured out why this is so great, point one, both Feint of Heart and Rose Offensive Proc the Aftershock passive, for Rose Offensive that means a little extra damage but for Feint it heart? Imagine both a full heart throb stack execute and an Aftershock Proc for 15% health, that's quite a bit of damage, not to mention that basic attacks do more Crystal damage per Heart throb stacks and Feint of Heart counts as a basic attack, plus the CP ratio, so in the end it can deal a good chunk of damage. :)

2: Alternating Current
I don't need to explain this right? extra attack speed, (a lot) more CP, more Crystal damage on basic attacks (every second one)

And finally, Cooldown, LOTS.
With this full build in effect your On Point can be on a 1.7 second cooldown, your Feint of Heart somewhere around 3 seconds, and let's not forget, the recharge speed for Rose Offensive scales with cooldown reduction, with this ability overdriven you have an insane amount of utility, you can use this pseudo reflex block with incredibly short times inbetween each other, use it to dodge CC, major/fatal damage or even save an allies life by using it in front of them when an ult should hit them, ex, Solar Storm or one shot, one kill

And finally, an example of a good play

You and your allies get caught in a bad choke point with a Skaarf winding up his Dragon Breath, using Rose Offensive you dash behind him and poke him with On Point forcing him to turn around and fire at you, now your allies are free from his stinky breath while you use your second charge to dash back in the direction of your allies, with another On Point you should have stacked full hearts on Skaarf by now, so wait for the Aftershock internal cooldown and Fire a Feint of Heart and watch him drop!

This has been the Blue Offensive, a Crystal Blackfeather build, enjoy!
